In order to know if you have worked step five properly, simply answer the following question:
Have I admitted to God and another human being the exact nature of my wrongs?
If the answer is no, you have not yet completed step five.
If the answer is yes, you are free to move on to step six!

Now read Chapter 6 Into Action Page 76, paragraph 1, line 1-7 in the Big Book and Step 6 in the 12 & 12
